Location: Hybrid role, must be based in or able to commute to Jersey City, NJ (at least 2 days/week). Open only to residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, & Washington.

What you will do

• Create and optimize video clips for platform-specific distribution using strong editorial judgment.
• Manage the hirify.global video library to support organic, sponsored, and custom distribution campaigns.
• Publish content across YouTube, hirify.global.com, and third-party platforms, including metadata and thumbnail creation.
• Monitor analytics to provide actionable insights on audience retention and growth.
• Lead post-production workflows for live event footage, interviews, and social content from summits and conferences.
• Collaborate with social, design, SEO, and engineering teams to optimize video reporting and platform features.

Requirements

• Must reside in one of the following states: CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ME, MD, MA, NJ, NY, NC, PA, SC, TN, TX, or WA.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment from the Jersey City office at least 2 days per week.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for working with high-level executives and external talent.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Premiere Pro.
• Willingness to travel for events and shoots as needed.
• Flexibility to work extra hours during major news cycles or flagship summits.
