What you will do

• Create and deliver multimedia content including videos, animations, graphics, and interactive materials.
• Develop visual assets for presentations, web-based training, websites, and print materials.
• Produce and edit videos from storyboards or enhance existing content to meet project standards.
• Collaborate with customers and senior stakeholders to translate requirements into design recommendations.
• Maintain expertise in emerging multimedia tools and trends to enhance production quality.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the team's professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Design, Graphic Arts, Video Production, E-Learning, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in multimedia design or digital content creation.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Experience creating videos and animations from concept/storyboard to final delivery.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for direct client interaction.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Experience with Articulate 360 or CMS/LMS tools (e.g., Drupal).
• Experience with AI-based audio tools.
