What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of video projects from concept and strategy to post-production and deployment.
• Act as an internal creative consultant, guiding the aesthetic direction for video, graphic design, and web assets.
• Develop and maintain self-service creative templates to empower cross-functional teams.
• Optimize YouTube channel strategy and analyze performance metrics to iterate on creative concepts.
• Source, hire, and manage external production vendors and contractors.
• Implement modern AI tools and workflows to streamline creative production and content scaling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a creative agency or corporate environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
• Strong understanding of video production equipment including cameras, lighting, and audio capture.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling media for developer audiences.
• Experience in vendor procurement, budgeting, and managing external creative agencies.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in one of the specified US office locations.

Nice to have

• Experience with video recording tools like Restream, Riverside, or Loom.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI creative software and LLMs.
