What you will do

• Create storyboard sequences that execute story, character, emotional, and cinematic objectives.
• Translate scripts, outlines, and creative direction into engaging panels focusing on pacing and camera language.
• Collaborate with Directors and the Head of Story to refine sequences through multiple rounds of iteration.
• Pitch storyboard sequences effectively to internal creative teams and leadership.
• Maintain consistency with the established visual style, tone, and storytelling quality of the production.
• Follow production workflows, document management requirements, and meet established deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional storyboard experience on feature films, TV series, or comparable productions.
• Strong drawing skills, including character acting, anatomy, perspective, and posing.
• Proficiency with industry tools such as Photoshop and Storyboard Pro.
• Deep understanding of composition, staging, camera language, and cinematic clarity.
• Ability to interpret creative direction and apply feedback constructively in a collaborative environment.
• Must be located within the greater Los Angeles area.

• Knowledge of additional design, editorial, or production software.
