Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Santa Monica, CA (onsite schedule of four days per week)
Salary: $55,800 – $103,230 Annual

What you will do
- Execute live-service marketing plans for seasonal launches, in-game events, and collaborations across multiple channels.
- Coordinate go-to-market campaign workflows, including preparing briefs, tracking feedback, and managing approvals.
- Manage seasonal go-to-market calendars and asset trackers to ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Support the creation and sourcing of marketing assets, including in-game capture requests and legal reviews.
- Analyze marketing asset performance and player sentiment to optimize future strategies.
- Maintain brand consistency across all player-facing touchpoints according to Call of Duty standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 2–4+ years of experience in brand marketing, consumer marketing, or campaign management.
- Must be based in or be able to relocate to Santa Monica, CA.
- Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player communities.
Nice to have
- Experience working on live-service or seasonal content campaigns.
- Familiarity with Call of Duty or other AAA live-service titles.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Shotgrid, or Wrike.
- Familiarity with campaign analytics, reporting, and performance optimization.
