What you will do

• Act as the primary solution expert for the sales team, supporting the entire cycle from lead identification to customer success.
• Deliver customized, high-impact demonstrations of hirify.global BTM solutions, including hirify.global Signavio and hirify.global LeanIX.
• Strategically qualify opportunities and lead technical evaluations, including Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and RFPs.
• Collaborate with Account Teams and Implementation Partners to align on customer strategy and ensure successful deployments.
• Maintain expert knowledge of competitive offerings and market trends to contribute to internal strategic projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in SaaS Pre-sales or equivalent roles within software/IT organizations.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior leadership (C-Level).
• Fluent proficiency in English.
• Experience with Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) or Business Process Management (BPM) tools.
• Must be based in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as an MBA.
• Direct experience with hirify.global ECC, S/4HANA, hirify.global LeanIX, or hirify.global Signavio.
• Background in consulting or customer-facing project delivery.
• Expertise in Value Selling and solution value projection.
