Senior Product Manager, Experience Control

Location: Scottsdale, Arizona, United States; hybrid

Salary: $121,500–$140,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus.

What you will do

• Define the vision, roadmap, priorities, and KPIs for the Experience Control platform.
• Own applications, APIs, SDKs, integrations, event-driven services, and backend capabilities supporting venue ingress and access control.
• Partner with Engineering to establish reliability goals, service-level objectives, resiliency strategies, and operational readiness standards.
• Use telemetry, observability, performance data, and operational metrics to guide product decisions and improve incident response.
• Lead modernization of legacy ingress and access control systems while maintaining operational continuity.
• Collaborate with access control partners, venue stakeholders, Field Operations, Client Services, and executive leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering complex software products in Agile environments.
• Experience owning technical products, platforms, APIs, SDKs, integrations, or enterprise software solutions.
• Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, operational telemetry, observability, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience supporting mission-critical workflows where reliability, scalability, performance, and resiliency are essential.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience building partner-facing platforms and developer ecosystems.
• Experience modernizing legacy operational systems while managing migration risk and business continuity.
• Familiarity with software-plus-hardware ecosystems, mobile applications, edge devices, and operational technology.
• Domain expertise in live entertainment, ticketing, venue operations, access control, identity, payments, logistics, or other operationally intensive industries.
