TL;DR

Location: Remote (Global). Open to hiring in almost every country in the world.

What you will do

  • Act as a strategic partner and primary post-sale contact for the largest enterprise customers.
  • Manage onboarding, implementation timelines, and training to ensure customers realize full product value.
  • Drive product adoption and utilization by aligning capabilities with customer business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product, Support, and Sales teams to influence roadmaps and resolve customer issues.
  • Own the renewal process by proactively identifying risks and managing renewal conversations.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and analyze customer health metrics like NPS and CSAT.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a B2B customer-facing role, preferably in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Strong proficiency in Customer Success frameworks and lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated success in driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Experience with HubSpot and ChurnZero or similar CS software.
  • Experience with subscription renewal management and high-stakes stakeholder conversations.
  • Willingness to understand technical product details.
