What you will do
- Act as a strategic partner and primary post-sale contact for the largest enterprise customers.
- Manage onboarding, implementation timelines, and training to ensure customers realize full product value.
- Drive product adoption and utilization by aligning capabilities with customer business objectives.
- Collaborate with Product, Support, and Sales teams to influence roadmaps and resolve customer issues.
- Own the renewal process by proactively identifying risks and managing renewal conversations.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and analyze customer health metrics like NPS and CSAT.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a B2B customer-facing role, preferably in Customer Success or Account Management.
- Strong proficiency in Customer Success frameworks and lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated success in driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Experience with HubSpot and ChurnZero or similar CS software.
- Experience with subscription renewal management and high-stakes stakeholder conversations.
- Willingness to understand technical product details.
