Salary: $135,000.00 to $155,000.00

What you will do
- Lead upstream new product planning for digital and connected cardiac solutions to align patient experience and clinical utility.
- Develop patient engagement frameworks defining digital interactions, adherence, and behavioral engagement.
- Define cardiologist-centric data experiences that integrate into clinical workflows and care pathways.
- Drive voice-of-customer (VoC) research with patients and physicians to uncover unmet needs.
- Create key marketing requirements documents (MRD) and business requirements for new product development.
- Partner with R&D, IT, and Regulatory teams to shape pipeline priorities for software, AI, and analytics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in business or engineering related discipline.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in new product planning, product management, or strategy in the medical device space.
- Experience with digital health, SaMD, AI/ML, remote monitoring, or clinical systems in a regulated healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated experience in taking solutions from conception to release.
- Ability to travel approximately 30%.

- MBA degree.
- Experience in cardiology new product planning.
- Deep understanding of cardiac care pathways and systems thinking.
