What you will do

• Design and implement Talent Management and Learning programs aligned with employee experience priorities.
• Create scalable tools, resources, and materials for career development, leadership, and performance management.
• Develop and enhance competency models, talent processes, and internal mobility programs.
• Manage multiple concurrent L&D initiatives from planning and stakeholder communication through rollout.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance manager and employee capabilities.
• Monitor program effectiveness through feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in Talent Management, L&D, Organizational Development, or HR Programs.
• Demonstrated experience designing and executing talent programs within a corporate environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to independently handle multiple priorities.
• Experience supporting performance management and leadership development initiatives.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for stakeholder management.
• Location: Must be based onsite in Everett, WA (local candidates considered first).
