TL;DR
Technical Account Executive (AI): Driving adoption of the Compass AI platform for ultrasound workflows with an accent on clinical demonstrations and customer relationship management. Focus on delivering high-impact product presentations, conducting onsite training, and gathering clinical feedback to improve AI-enabled diagnostic tools.
Location: Hybrid (New York, NY). Must be legally authorized to work in the US and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
Salary: $150,000 - $160,000 + bonus + equity

What you will do
- Deliver engaging live and virtual demonstrations of the Compass AI platform to clinical stakeholders and prospective customers.
- Travel approximately 60-75% of the time to hospitals, healthcare systems, and industry events.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Compass AI workflows, integrations, and clinical applications.
- Partner with Sales Executives and Clinical Specialists to support evaluations, discovery meetings, and product presentations.
- Conduct onsite customer onboarding, workflow education, and product training sessions.
- Gather customer feedback and competitive intelligence to inform Product and Leadership teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS, healthcare technology, medical device support, or sales engineering.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for engaging both clinical and non-clinical audiences.
- Proven experience delivering software demonstrations in virtual and in-person environments.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Experience in digital health, ultrasound, or point-of-care clinical environments.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled healthcare software platforms.
- Experience supporting enterprise healthcare sales cycles.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Clinical background or exposure to healthcare provider workflows.
