TL;DR

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients to ensure a seamless, elevated customer experience.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships through tailored support and guidance.
  • Resolve client inquiries and concerns with professionalism, discretion, and high attention to detail.
  • Coordinate account maintenance and service requests between clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of products, craftsmanship, and luxury brand positioning.
  • Manage accurate account records and reporting within CRM systems.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in customer service, account coordination, or client support.
  • Must be based in Southern California.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and business tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for luxury brand representation.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability in a remote setting.
