Location: Must be based in the US. Remote work is available for those outside commutable distance to an office; otherwise, a hybrid schedule (3 days in office) is required.
Salary: $50,000–$65,000 per year plus commission

What you will do
- Conduct outreach to prospective Prime Contractors to identify and onboard subcontractors into the Connect network.
- Manage a portfolio of high-value "Named Primes," providing white-glove account management to grow the account.
- Generate net-new subcontractor leads and execute outbound communication strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Managers to align call campaigns with specific client requirements.
- Maintain high data hygiene in Salesforce.com and Gong Engage, capturing accurate campaign and lead information.
Requirements
- Location: Must be residing in the United States.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales, or BDR roles.
- 4-year degree or commensurate professional experience.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Sugar.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and professional phone presence.
- Ability to maintain high activity levels, including a minimum of 60 quality outbound activities per day.
