TL;DR

Subcontractor Specialist (Sales): Identifying and onboarding subcontractors for Prime Contractors to expand the hirify.global Connect network with an accent on outbound outreach and lead generation. Focus on managing high-value accounts and optimizing conversion rates through strategic communication and CRM management.

Location: Must be based in the US. Remote work is available for those outside commutable distance to an office; otherwise, a hybrid schedule (3 days in office) is required.

Salary: $50,000–$65,000 per year plus commission

What you will do

  • Conduct outreach to prospective Prime Contractors to identify and onboard subcontractors into the hirify.global Connect network.
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value "Named Primes," providing white-glove account management to grow the account.
  • Generate net-new subcontractor leads and execute outbound communication strategies to increase brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Managers to align call campaigns with specific client requirements.
  • Maintain high data hygiene in Salesforce.com and Gong Engage, capturing accurate campaign and lead information.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be residing in the United States.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales, or BDR roles.
  • 4-year degree or commensurate professional experience.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Sugar.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and professional phone presence.
  • Ability to maintain high activity levels, including a minimum of 60 quality outbound activities per day.
