TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Swedish Market): Generating and qualifying leads for the sales funnel within the Swedish market with an accent on outbound activity, outreach campaigns, and understanding prospect needs. Focus on leveraging SaaS sales experience, identifying potential customers, and scheduling product demonstrations.

Location: Hybrid, requires being based within commuting distance of one of hirify.global's global hubs (e.g., London, Boston). Relocation support available for certain roles.

What you will do

  • Understand the travel technology landscape through industry research and competitive selling.
  • Generate interest and qualify leads for SMB and Enterprise segments.
  • Run outbound outreach campaigns using phone, email, and social media.
  • Evaluate leads and schedule product demonstrations between Sales Executives and clients.
  • Articulate the value that hirify.global provides and advise on end-to-end software solutions.
  • Run meetings and high-level conversations with C-level executives to explain the Value Proposition.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and use Salesforce to generate and manage a pipeline of leads.

Requirements

  • Native level of spoken and written Swedish.
  • Highly proficient English speaker.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of B2B solution selling with a short sales cycle.
  • Goal-oriented person with strong character and perseverance.
  • Customer-centric mindset, proactive and capable of thinking outside the box to generate leads.

Nice to have

  • Previous Business Development or sales experience.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar.
