Account Development Representative (SaaS): Driving the success of the sales organization by building a strong sales pipeline and generating interest in AI-powered integration solutions with an accent on proactive prospecting and lead qualification. Focus on executing multichannel outreach strategies, collaborating with Account Executives, and uncovering opportunities within target enterprise accounts.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Lehi, UT or San Mateo, CA (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to identify and target Tier 1 accounts.
  • Execute personalized, multichannel outreach strategies via social media, email, and phone.
  • Conduct discovery calls to qualify leads and align them with the ideal customer profile.
  • Build and maintain an organizational chart of prospects within target accounts.
  • Partner with Marketing and Channel Managers to align outreach with ongoing campaigns.
  • Report on pipeline status, conversion rates, and key performance indicators.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS.
  • 2+ years as a Sales Development Representative or Business Development Representative.
  • Proven track record in cold calling, opportunity qualification, and objection handling.
  • Experience in territory planning and executing outbound strategies.
  • Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a start-up environment.
  • Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude.
