What you will do
- Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to identify and target Tier 1 accounts.
- Execute personalized, multichannel outreach strategies via social media, email, and phone.
- Conduct discovery calls to qualify leads and align them with the ideal customer profile.
- Build and maintain an organizational chart of prospects within target accounts.
- Partner with Marketing and Channel Managers to align outreach with ongoing campaigns.
- Report on pipeline status, conversion rates, and key performance indicators.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS.
- 2+ years as a Sales Development Representative or Business Development Representative.
- Proven track record in cold calling, opportunity qualification, and objection handling.
- Experience in territory planning and executing outbound strategies.
- Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in a start-up environment.
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude.
