TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Driving new business for the MidMarket vertical by prospecting and qualifying potential customers through outbound communication with an accent on cold-calling and lead qualification. Focus on managing the sales pipeline using Salesforce and Outreach to convert prospects into opportunities for Account Executives.

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office) in Allen, TX or remote in select US states (AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA, VA)

Salary: $70,000 OTE (base $26.44/hr + $15k variable)

What you will do

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and texts, maintaining a minimum of 55 cold calls daily.
  • Qualify potential customers based on the Ideal Customer Profile to identify specific business needs.
  • Schedule 1-2 high-conversion appointments per day for Account Executives.
  • Manage and build the sales pipeline using Salesforce and Outreach software.
  • Utilize social selling techniques via LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to engage prospects.
  • Collaborate with the MidMarket team to achieve KPIs and quota targets.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Allen, TX or one of the approved US states (AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA, VA).
  • Work schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM Central Time.
  • Experience in phone-based sales with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Mac OSX and Google Platforms.
  • High school diploma required; BS/BA preferred.

Nice to have

  • 1+ years of inside sales experience.
  • Experience working with churches.
  • Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies.
  • Previous experience with Salesforce and Outreach.
