What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of customer projects, from definition and planning to execution and closure.
• Oversee a portfolio of accounts, acting as the primary point of contact during initial implementation phases.
• Drive project execution to ensure timely invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Lead geographically diverse teams of technical and business stakeholders.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and stakeholder alignment to maintain high CSAT levels.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify and cultivate new business opportunities within existing accounts.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Proven experience in IT Professional Services and project management practices.
• Strong leadership abilities and the ability to manage complex environments in matrix organizations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with PMI standards.
• Ability to handle revenue forecasting and project cost management.
