What you will do

• Develop and maintain detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Create layouts and schematics for MEP and structural systems within data center environments.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to incorporate design changes and ensure accuracy.
• Produce construction documents, as-built drawings, and installation details.
• Manage drawing revisions, version control, and documentation standards.
• Perform site visits and field verification to ensure drawings reflect actual conditions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional CAD design experience, preferably in industrial or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Associate degree or higher in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to work onsite in Memphis, TN / Southaven, MS area.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical documentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with BIM 360, Navisworks, or other coordination tools.
• Background in data center, semiconductor, or heavy industrial design.
• Knowledge of MEP systems, electrical layouts, and structural detailing.
• Familiarity with construction processes and engineering specifications.
