What you will do

• Design and develop components and systems for electric wheel loaders from concept through prototype and production.
• Perform detailed CAD modeling and drafting, preparing technical documentation, assemblies, and parts lists.
• Support engineering evaluations using tests, analysis, and calculations to validate design concepts.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet project timelines and technical specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline engineering workflows and reduce costs.
• Manage engineering change orders and document control in compliance with global standards.

Requirements

• Certification in Technology, Engineering Design, or a closely related field.
• Must be able to work onsite in Longview, Texas.
• At least 3 years of experience in machine design, preferably in mining or heavy machinery sectors.
• Proficiency with major CAD software platforms such as CATIA, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with Lean Engineering methodologies and structured Change Management processes.
