Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam (Netherlands) or Sofia (Bulgaria). Requires 3 days in-office and 2 days remote weekly after an initial 3-month in-office period.

What you will do

• Design and build a world-class arsenal of innovative training materials and leadership playbooks.
• Launch and manage a dynamic Leadership Academy for all levels, from new team leads to the executive team.
• Provide high-impact one-on-one coaching to unlock leader potential and navigate scale-up growth.
• Use data to measure training effectiveness and iterate on the corporate culture.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in designing and executing effective professional training programs.
• Proven coaching skills and the ability to deliver captivating live training sessions.
• Strong communication skills to connect with and motivate a global, diverse team.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must be based in or able to work from Amsterdam or Sofia.
