Salary: $70,000–$85,000 base + commission

What you will do
- Build a book of business from the ground up within the healthcare benefits space.
- Prospect health benefits providers and strategic partners to establish new relationships.
- Own the full lead cycle from initial prospecting to closing contracts.
- Manage and track your sales pipeline effectively in Salesforce.
- Attend industry conferences to network and initiate B2B conversations.
- Communicate the value of the unique teleaudiology solution to potential partners.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Proven track record of closing accounts and meeting revenue targets.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Competitive, self-starting mindset with a focus on delivering results.
Nice to have
- 1-2 years of experience selling into the healthcare, health insurance, or medical devices industry.
- Previous early-stage startup experience.
- Interest in taking on future leadership opportunities.
