What you will do
- Initiate and manage outbound communications with B2C clients to identify financial goals and banking needs.
- Open and maintain various deposit accounts, including certificates of deposit (CDs), checking, and savings accounts.
- Identify client needs to recommend and facilitate referrals to investment and lending products.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the customer support team in Brazil to ensure integrated client support.
- Use Salesforce to document client interactions, track sales activities, and manage follow-up processes.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to fellow banking specialists to strengthen overall team capabilities.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese is required; Spanish is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record in a client-facing B2C banking or financial services role.
- Experience using CRM systems, specifically Salesforce, to manage sales pipelines.
- Outstanding outbound communication and phone skills for professional client engagement.
- Demonstrated leadership and peer mentorship experience.
- Must be based in Miami.
