What you will do

• Recruit, coach, and manage a team of Direct Sales Representatives to meet performance targets.
• Develop and maintain local networks with community members and businesses to identify new sales opportunities.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing hands-on coaching to improve results.
• Manage team inventory to ensure effective daily operations.
• Submit weekly activity plans and performance reports to the Regional Manager.

Requirements

• Proven track record in field sales, retail, or insurance environments.
• Demonstrable experience in managing or mentoring a team of agents.
