What you will do

  • Own and manage a high-volume book of 25-30 large market client and broker relationships.
  • Execute key workflows and monitor account health to ensure a consistently high-quality client experience.
  • Track and analyze client success KPIs to create action plans that drive engagement and retention.
  • Develop and execute engagement plans aligned with client goals and take full ownership of KPIs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategic Account Management, Sales, and Concierge teams to triage issues.
  • Lead client meetings and deliver high-quality reports and educational presentations to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing a high-performing B2B book of business.
  • Proven track record of driving engagement, client satisfaction, and NRR, preferably in healthcare and benefits.
  • Expertise in managing executive relationships and navigating complex broker stakeholder environments.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to execute multiple concurrent projects with precision.
  • Data-driven mindset capable of leveraging KPIs to optimize engagement and drive ROI.
  • US-based with valid work authorization (implied by benefits and market focus).
