What you will do

• Lead the planning and execution of 5-10 product launches a year, managing objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
• Track all moving parts tied to launches, ensuring nothing is missed.
• Disseminate go-to-market strategy and messaging across all client- and prospect-facing functions.
• Anticipate risks, surface interdependencies, and proactively resolve issues before they impact timelines.
• Establish frameworks to measure launch performance, adoption, and business impact.
• Drive continuous improvement of launch operations to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project or program management experience in SaaS, fintech, or other complex industries.
• PMP, PgMP, or similar project/program management certification.
• Proven track record managing cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility and measurable outcomes.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage complexity and bring clarity to competing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and coordinating sensitive client communications.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com).
