What you will do

• Manage end-to-end project performance for complex, high-priority client initiatives from initiation through deployment.
• Define and govern comprehensive project schedules, work plans, and internal/external stakeholder communications.
• Direct client-facing product transitions and rollouts while ensuring minimal disruption and strong adoption.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks through proactive strategy and contingency planning.
• Partner with Data Specialists to coordinate large-scale data initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to team members while optimizing internal project management processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Extensive experience in technical client services or project management, preferably within SaaS, Fire, EMS, or healthcare industries.
• Completed Project Management Certification (PMP).
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, preferably using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical implementations and manage enterprise software product portfolios.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with experience in technical writing.
