Implementation Services Manager (GRC)

Location: Hybrid in Chicago, IL or Bellevue, WA, United States, with recurring in-office days as needed.

Salary: $95,000–$115,000 per year, plus variable compensation, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own customer onboarding and follow-on implementations from kickoff through rollout, including configuration and user training milestones.
• Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects, tracking milestones, delegating tasks, managing risks, and driving accountability.
• Lead discovery sessions, document business requirements, and design workflows aligned with platform adoption best practices.
• Advise mid-market and enterprise customers on GRC implementation strategies and opportunities to accelerate time-to-value.
• Configure Risk Cloud applications for complex enterprise use cases and adapt standard templates.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and Product while advising customers on AI-enabled risk assessments and automated compliance evidence collection.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical consulting, software implementation, enterprise project management, or a related client-facing role, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Experience managing multiple large, concurrent technical implementation projects while maintaining quality, timelines, and stakeholder trust.
• Strong technical aptitude, including the ability to learn complex software architectures and build relational data models or workflows in low-code/no-code platforms.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel or comparable data tools for data migrations, formulas, and system logic.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience advising executive-level stakeholders.
• Availability to work from the Chicago or Bellevue office as needed, including recurring in-office days.

Nice to have

• Experience in GRC, risk management, compliance, or cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with Gainsight, Catalyst, Totango, Jira, or Asana.
• Experience using or experimenting with generative AI tools for documentation, data analysis, or configuration challenges.
