What you will do

• Drive end-to-end customer onboardings and expansion implementations within a pod-based structure.
• Utilize the AI-driven assistant Config Newton to automate technical configuration tasks.
• Act as a strategic consultant to solve upstream business problems and prevent churn.
• Design and build high-adoption Risk Cloud applications to reduce technical debt.
• Collaborate with Engagement Managers and Pod Leaders to ensure project health and efficiency.
• Reduce implementation timelines through AI innovation and process efficiency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software implementations, consulting, or project management in SaaS.
• 2+ years of expertise in the GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) industry.
• Strong proficiency with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
• Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects and engage with executive-level stakeholders.
• Advanced technical knowledge of Excel and ability to master no-code platforms.
• Proven track record of being proactive and driving results with minimal oversight.
