What you will do

• Measure and benchmark value across therapeutic areas and build standardized narratives for QBRs and executive touchpoints.
• Design and implement automated dashboards and reporting systems to surface real-time value metrics at scale.
• Lead sophisticated client analyses, including segmentation and cohort studies, while identifying confounding variables.
• Partner with Client Solutions and Sales to translate complex analytical findings into compelling value narratives for executives.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in analytics or data science.
• Expert-level SQL skills and AI fluency.
• Proven experience building scalable analytics infrastructure and automated reporting systems.
• Ability to design experiments and conduct cohort analyses with a focus on data quality.
• Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex data to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Location: Must be based in New York, NY

Nice to have

• Experience with life sciences, specialty pharma, or healthcare analytics.
• Experience with SaaS value measurement.
