Salary: $85,100–$110,000 USD

What you will do

• Partner with leadership to develop operational reporting and KPI frameworks.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to support operational analytics.
• Create and manage datasets within Snowflake.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to drive business decisions and process improvements.
• Identify trends and workflow gaps to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare, operational, or revenue cycle analytics.
• Advanced SQL proficiency.
• Experience building dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Proficiency with Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle workflows.

Nice to have

• Prior Authorization operational experience.
• Exposure to AI-assisted analytics tools.
• Experience in diagnostics, laboratory, or specialty healthcare organizations.
