TL;DR

Senior HR Business Partner (AI): Scaling the organization and supporting high-performing technical and non-technical teams with an accent on employee lifecycle management, organizational design, and talent strategy. Focus on partnering with senior leadership to optimize performance, managing compensation and benefits, and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Location: New York, NY. Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).

Salary: $160,000 - $198,000 USD

What you will do

  • Strategize with managers on recruitment, skill needs, employee relations, and rewards.
  • Track people data to identify trends in hiring, attrition, and compensation.
  • Partner with compensation and benefits teams to administer and improve reward programs.
  • Lead organizational design efforts including re-orgs, leveling, and reporting.
  • Provide direct, critical feedback to managers to support their growth and leadership.

Requirements

  • 6+ years as an HR generalist or HRBP.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments supporting technical teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence at multiple organizational levels.
  • Ability to partner with global team members outside the US.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, national, green card holder, refugee, or asylee to conform to U.S. Government export regulations (ITAR).
