Location: Remote (Must be based in the Northeast of the US)

What you will do

  • Serve as executive sponsor for strategic accounts, building and maintaining trusted relationships at the C-suite level.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-phase engagements, managing risks, scope, and phased releases.
  • Drive overall revenue growth, retention, and profitability targets across the client portfolio.
  • Lead and develop the account management organization, establishing scalable processes and playbooks.
  • Develop multi-year account plans and monitor portfolio health through KPIs such as revenue growth and NPS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align account strategy with delivery execution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in client-facing leadership roles within consulting, digital agencies, or professional services.
  • 5+ years managing account management, client partnership, or delivery teams at scale.
  • Proven success owning large, multi-million-dollar revenue account portfolios.
  • Expertise in contract negotiation, portfolio P&L management, and long-term account planning.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to act as a trusted advisor to C-level clients.
  • Must be located in the Northeast of the United States.

Nice to have

  • MBA degree.
  • Experience in the utilities industry.
  • Experience as a Product Manager, particularly for AI products.
