What you will do
- Serve as executive sponsor for strategic accounts, building and maintaining trusted relationships at the C-suite level.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-phase engagements, managing risks, scope, and phased releases.
- Drive overall revenue growth, retention, and profitability targets across the client portfolio.
- Lead and develop the account management organization, establishing scalable processes and playbooks.
- Develop multi-year account plans and monitor portfolio health through KPIs such as revenue growth and NPS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align account strategy with delivery execution.
Requirements
- 10+ years in client-facing leadership roles within consulting, digital agencies, or professional services.
- 5+ years managing account management, client partnership, or delivery teams at scale.
- Proven success owning large, multi-million-dollar revenue account portfolios.
- Expertise in contract negotiation, portfolio P&L management, and long-term account planning.
- Strong executive presence and ability to act as a trusted advisor to C-level clients.
- Must be located in the Northeast of the United States.
Nice to have
- MBA degree.
- Experience in the utilities industry.
- Experience as a Product Manager, particularly for AI products.
