TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (AI/SaaS): Driving growth by selling an AI-powered translation platform to enterprise customers with an accent on outbound hunting and complex sales cycles. Focus on uncovering new business opportunities, delivering winning POCs, and navigating high-end mid-market and enterprise accounts.

Location: Hybrid (Boston, Washington D.C., New York, or San Francisco). Authorization to work in the US is a precondition of employment.

What you will do

  • Uncover and close prospective enterprise customers to meet company metrics and objectives.
  • Translate platform value into business metrics for C-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Execute and deliver winning Proof of Concepts (POCs) to convert new long-term customers.
  • Maintain a systematic outbound sales approach using revenue operations tools and collaborating with ADR/BDR teams.
  • Manage complex sales cycles (9-15 months) and negotiate business terms with procurement and senior management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Services, and Solutions teams to solve client business problems.

Requirements

  • Experience selling in the translation and localization industry is required.
  • 6+ years of experience managing complex sales cycles for mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Proven track record of exceeding annual quotas ($1.2M+) and closing deals between $250k and $2M.
  • Proficiency with sales tools including Salesforce, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesloft.
  • Experience leading RFP responses and coordinating cross-departmental execution.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Boston, Washington D.C., New York, or San Francisco.
