• Lead and develop brand ambassador teams across Cape Town and Johannesburg.
• Establish coaching systems and performance structures to ensure consistent execution in-store.

• Manage relationships with major retail partners to ensure high brand standards and optimal customer conversion.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading retail or field sales teams with a proven track record of exceeding performance targets.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
• Deep expertise in South African retail partnerships and in-store dynamics.
• High tolerance for ambiguity and experience building operational systems from scratch.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in South Africa (specifically Cape Town and Johannesburg).
