Focus on stock and POS management, maintaining Perfect Stores databases, and influencing decision makers with commercial proposals while traveling 90–100%.

What you will do

• Ensure effective territory coverage of agreed outlets at optimum frequencies and complete allocated calls.
• Maintain and grow Perfect Stores databases covering availability, distribution, pricing, visibility, placements, and messaging.
• Manage orders and stock levels to keep hirify.global SKUs in stock and continuously available across covered outlets.
• Secure and improve in-store brand presence through correct POS placement and promotional compliance from day one.
• Complete administration and reporting tasks and implement Head Office merchandising agreements.

Requirements

• Proven sales track record.
• FMCG experience (branded or retail experience).
• Valid drivers license.
• Strong relationship management and selling skills (communication, negotiation, objection handling).
• Clear understanding of Off Premise channels (retail, impulse, non-traditional).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and preferably mobile Field Force automation.
