Salary: $190,000 - $200,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end clinical data management activities from protocol review through database lock and study closeout.
• Design data collection strategies, including CRF/eCRF development, database build, and edit checks.
• Translate protocol requirements into clear, testable data specifications aligned with study endpoints.
• Plan and manage UAT, ensuring systems are validated and audit-ready.
• Drive data quality through ongoing review, query management, and discrepancy resolution.
• Develop and maintain key CDM documentation such as DMPs and training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, health, or quantitative field.
• 5+ years of progressive clinical data management experience, including end-to-end study leadership.
• Strong experience with EDC systems, including administration and training compliance.
• Deep understanding of clinical data management processes and analysis-ready datasets.
• Proven ability to produce audit-ready documentation aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Must be located in or eligible to work in Sunnyvale, CA.
