What you will do

• Own the design, development, and rollout of key features for the core Application team.
• Prioritize work based on business value, customer needs, and overall company strategy.
• Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding roadmaps, timelines, and requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functionally, partnering closely with Engineering, Client Services, and Sales.
• Build deep business context and user empathy to research and define impactful product development efforts.
• Drive release and sprint planning to ensure customer delivery dates are met.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in product management.
• Experience defining and executing B2B enterprise SaaS products, particularly in the healthcare domain or with CRM products.
• Proficiency with agile methodologies and creative problem solving.
• Ability to define and track measurable success for product development efforts.
• Must be based in New York, NY
