What you will do

• Define and evolve the product vision for how members discover, understand, and utilize their benefits.
• Own the end-to-end product roadmap for member-facing benefits and enrollment features, including administrative components.
• Establish a single source of truth for benefit content and configuration by mapping legacy data into a unified model.
• Translate executive and client commitments into sequenced plans with explicit tradeoffs and dependencies.
• Define and instrument success metrics ranging from task completion rates to digital ID card usage.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, clinical operations, and support to ensure smooth feature launches.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including significant time as a Senior or Lead PM.
• Deep familiarity with healthcare benefits data, including eligibility, plan designs, deductibles, and claims.
• Proven track record of shipping internal and external product experiences in a B2B2C or enterprise SaaS context.
• Demonstrated success leading complex cross-platform initiatives with strict external deadlines.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to transform dense platform constraints into intuitive and trustworthy user flows.
