Salary: Base $95,000–$115,000 annually, $230,000–$240,000 Target Incentives

• Lead strategic partnerships using a customer-centric engagement model to bridge business gaps through technology.
• Provide personalized market insights and compelling cases for change to help banking clients innovate.
• Collaborate with executives from world-leading tech companies to deliver bold new solutions.
• Manage a sales pipeline and execute territory management plans to achieve company growth goals.
• Conduct both cold calling and face-to-face meetings to develop and strengthen customer relationships.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a B2B sales environment.
• Proven track record in creating and executing territory management plans.
• Strong experience in pursuing net new clients, business development, and networking.
• Proficiency in solution selling and creating tangible value for business clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
