Salary: $152,400 — $253,900 CAD (OTE)

What you will do
- Execute account strategies for Enterprise FSI accounts, focusing on long-term growth, customer retention, and expansion.
- Build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders, including CIO, CTO, CISO, and VP Infrastructure.
- Develop pipeline for Data Platform, Data Cloud, and AI security solutions.
- Lead full enterprise sales cycles from discovery through legal negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with GSIs, cloud alliances, and channel partners to develop joint account plans.
- Maintain precise forecasting and pipeline activity within Salesforce.
Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise technology sales experience in software, SaaS, cybersecurity, or data management.
- Proven success in a quota-carrying enterprise sales role selling into Financial Services.
- Deep understanding of complex enterprise sales cycles and multi-year agreements.
- Ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders effectively.
- Strong Salesforce discipline and pipeline management skills.
- Must be based in or around Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid)
Nice to have
- Direct experience working with major Canadian banking institutions.
- Familiarity with FSI regulatory and operational resilience priorities.
- Experience selling through Azure or AWS Marketplaces.
- Existing relationships within the Canadian FSI technology and procurement community.
