What you will do

• Build scalable systems, platforms, and tools for complex healthcare payment workflows.
• Design new product experiences handling complex datasets and workflows.
• Create frameworks for consistent data storytelling across products.
• Mentor other designers and contribute to design culture and processes.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Operations.
• Lead projects end-to-end including user research, prototyping, and implementation.

Requirements

• Must work on-site in San Francisco, Denver, or New York City.
• At least 5+ years of product design experience in fast-growing B2B or enterprise SaaS companies.
• Proven success leading design initiatives for SaaS platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to scale complex UX workflows.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to tackle complex data problems with simple, user-centered solutions.
