What you will do

• Design new workflows and usability enhancements for OncoEMR clinical tools.
• Lead the full design process from discovery and user research to product scoping and implementation.
• Conduct research and interviews with doctors, nurses, and operations staff to identify user needs.
• Develop and validate low- and hi-fidelity prototypes through stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and clinical experts to shape the quarterly roadmap.
• Contribute to and evolve the shared design system for consistency across products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing complex, multi-step workflows in an applied product role.
• Must be based in the USA (Hybrid NY office).
• Proficiency in user-centered design practices and contemporary design tools, including AI design software.
• Proven experience working with and scaling design systems.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the end-to-end process from idea to solution.
• Experience conducting research with internal and external expert-level users.
