What you will do

• Create efficient workflows and intuitive interface solutions in partnership with Product Managers and Engineers.
• Develop and evolve frameworks and principles to standardize UX/UI consistency and quality across products.
• Engage directly with users through observation and shadowing to identify usability and accessibility improvements.
• Facilitate and lead workshops to foster design thinking across cross-functional teams.
• Drive multi-quarter design roadmaps aligned with key company investments and strategic priorities.
• Mentor peers and contribute to high-level strategic decisions alongside executive partners.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Minimum 5 years of product design experience.
• At least 2 years of experience within the healthcare domain.
• Ability to articulate product design strategy to inspire leadership and drive informed decision-making.
• Strong business acumen to influence and negotiate effectively at all organizational levels.
