Contract Recruiter (G&A and Operations)

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers and executives to define hiring needs and requirements.
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify strong passive candidates for G&A and Operations roles.
• Review resumes, pre-screen candidates, and manage interviews from start to finish.
• Facilitate interview debriefs and support hiring decisions.
• Manage offer approval, extension, negotiation, and closing.
• Attend recruiting and technology events as needed while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Requirements

• 6+ years of in-house recruiting experience at a technology company, including hiring G&A and Operations talent.
• Strong sourcing skills and the ability to manage a high requisition load.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong time-management, multitasking, ownership, and accountability skills.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.
