Salesforce/Technical Recruiter (3-Month Contract)

Location: Remote within the United States

Compensation: $60/hour, 30–40 hours per week; not eligible for benefits.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from kickoff and sourcing through screening, interview coordination, and offers.
• Partner with hiring managers across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Operations.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview logistics and maintain a professional candidate experience.
• Advise hiring managers on market conditions, talent availability, and recruiting best practices.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records in Greenhouse.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in technology or software companies.
• Experience operating as a senior or lead recruiter in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Independent, professional, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach.

Culture & Benefits

• Temporary contract assignment for approximately three months, with possible extension based on business need.
