Senior Recruiter (Contract)

Location: Remote within the United States; active US work authorization required

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for non-exempt and exempt frontline and provider roles, from sourcing through offers and onboarding.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates while communicating the mission, culture, and care model.
• Build talent pipelines through creative sourcing, inbound applicant management, and referrals.
• Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams on hiring priorities and timelines.
• Coordinate interviews and candidates across multiple time zones.
• Improve high-volume recruiting processes with new ideas and practical solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on high-volume frontline and provider hiring.
• Experience in health tech, healthcare, or a startup environment.
• Experience hiring for both non-exempt and exempt roles.
• Ability to manage 20+ requisitions and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and closing candidates in competitive markets.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Gem, or similar ATS/CRM platforms, plus strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
