Technical Recruiter

Location: Hybrid in Omaha, Nebraska; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employment sponsorship now or in the future.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and professional positions from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and changing priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies and build candidate pipelines for current and future technical hiring needs.
• Source, review, and screen candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, technical communities, and social platforms.
• Coordinate interviews, technical assessments, feedback, and offer activity while maintaining communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Track recruiting activity, provide progress updates, and use hiring data to improve sourcing results.

Requirements

• Experience recruiting for technical or Information Technology positions.
• Experience supporting the full recruitment process from initial intake through offer acceptance.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social platforms, and other sourcing methods.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions, work independently, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• United States work authorization without current or future employment sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for software development, data, cloud, infrastructure, or architecture roles.
• Experience with technical assessment platforms such as HackerRank.
• Experience tracking recruiting activity and reviewing hiring metrics.
• Interest in technology and learning technical roles and skill sets.
