Recruiter (Full-time, Contract)

Location: Fully remote within the United States

Salary: $100,000–$110,000 base salary annually

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume roles, from pipeline generation and screening through offers.
• Source and engage passive candidates using creative strategies and provide targeted sourcing support to other recruiters.
• Partner with hiring managers on candidate profiles, pipeline updates, interviews, and offers.
• Manage an independent recruiting desk and prioritize workloads to meet hiring targets.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience and accurate ATS documentation and data.

Requirements

• 3+ years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience, including high-volume hiring.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup with ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse or Ashby.
• Resourcefulness, strong organization, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to advise cross-functional leaders.
• Must be able to work remotely from within the United States.
