What you will do
- Act as a strategic advisor to top agency clients, developing tailored strategies to drive growth and alignment with KPIs.
- Identify and manage long-term strategic partnerships to uncover new business opportunities within existing portfolios.
- Analyze campaign data to create compelling reports and provide strategic recommendations for optimization.
- Educate clients on product features, best practices, and optimization strategies to maximize platform value.
- Provide first-level technical support for campaign setup, conversion tracking, and targeting.
- Conduct regular QBRs, agency roadshows, and engage with stakeholders from day-to-day contacts to C-level executives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in client-facing roles within digital marketing.
- Deep knowledge of the Turkish digital ecosystem and media agency landscape.
- Proven track record in KPI-based campaign management and optimization.
- Expertise in pipeline development and revenue forecasting.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build trust at the C-level.
