Data Analyst (People Analytics): Analyzing and optimizing the end-to-end employee lifecycle to improve hiring, retention, and engagement with an accent on automated reporting and metrics governance. Location: Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite in Atlanta, GA or Portland, OR (USA). Visa sponsorship is not available.
Salary: $102,000 - $128,000 USD

What you will do
- Analyze and present key trends across the employee lifecycle, including sourcing, hiring, engagement, performance, and attrition.
- Define and govern standard people metrics and reporting templates to ensure a single source of truth.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated people analytics solutions and dashboards using R Shiny.
- Research and implement emerging AI techniques and data visualization strategies to deliver impactful insights.
- Maintain security models on products built within the People Analytics platform.
- Contribute to the People Analytics strategy and provide data-driven insights for Quarterly Business Reviews.
Requirements
- 2+ years of data analysis experience with a proven track record of developing dashboards for management.
- Proficiency in Python and/or R.
- Experience writing performant SQL queries on large data sets.
- Experience integrating Generative AI (e.g., Gemini) into analytical workflows to accelerate code development.
- Must have valid US work authorization as visa sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have
- Experience in People/HR Analytics.
- Familiarity with cloud-native databases, preferably Snowflake.
- Experience with people analytics software such as Visier or One Model.
- Experience with datasets from Workday, Greenhouse, Culture Amp, and/or Litmos.
