What you will do

• Architect and maintain high-fidelity, scalable data models for enterprise business intelligence and GenAI applications.
• Partner with data engineering and product teams to design and report on key performance drivers across the organization.
• Establish reliable sources of truth by identifying the business relevance of data across the organization.
• Design end-to-end enterprise data systems to keep the organization at the forefront of data-based decision-making.
• Develop self-serve analytics and strategic data products to reduce manual effort and mitigate technical debt.
• Define and champion technical standards for analytics engineering to elevate the quality and reliability of the broader team's work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of data analytics experience focused on driving strategic decision making.
• Expert-level SQL and Snowflake skills for architecting and optimizing complex transformations of large datasets.
• Experience using dbt to develop and orchestrate analytical data models.
• Proficiency implementing scalable data products using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) or custom applications (Streamlit).
• Hands-on experience utilizing Generative AI to automate business and data delivery processes.
• Must be based in the United States

Nice to have

• Previous experience with financial services and/or credit bureau data.
• Experience implementing data strategy and data governance best practices.
